This is a brief, transparent and clear description of what Edgar contains. No unnecessary chemicals. Sucrose, isomaltulose, maltodextrin, dextrose, MCT, whey or rice protein, glutamine, L-leucine, beta-alanine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, citrulline malate, natural aroma, natural colouring. It does not contain any preservatives, stimulants such as taurine, or banned anabolic substances.

Whey protein (Edgar Pro, Edgar Golf)

  • Easy to digest.
  • Contains up to 90% of protein.
  • Promotes the growth of muscles and helps with recovery.
  • Extends the time of glucose release into blood.

Rice protein (Edgar Vegan)

  • Represents a complete source of protein.
  • Is hypoallergenic and easy to digest.
  • Contains essential amino acids and absorbs slowly.
  • Has a high content of fibre.

Glucose (dextrose)

  • Works as a source of immediate energy.
  • Is a permanent part of blood as the only carbohydrate.


  • This common disaccharide provides immediate energy.
  • Consists of glucose and fructose.


  • Releases energy gradually thanks to the sophisticated ingredients.
  • Is created by joining five molecules of sugar.
  • Provides long-lasting strength.


  • Consists of glucose and fructose but with a lower glycaemic index than sucrose.
  • Can be naturally found in honey and molasses.
  • Optimises physical and mental performance.

MCT fats

  • An unusual type of fat that immediately changes into energy.
  • They do not store in the hypodermis like other fats.
  • They are not digested using bile acids so the body absorbs them immediately.
  • They promote releasing of the fats from the hypodermis when the caloric intake is limited.
  • They help with organism anabolism.

Citrulline malate

  • Increases energy production in the body by more than 30% thanks to the better use of oxygen.
  • Protects blood from hyperacidity under intense load.
  • Participates in liver detoxification and stimulates the immune system.
  • Helps remove ammonia and lactic acid from the muscles.
  • Improves endurance and resistance to fatigue.

BCAA (Brain Chain Amino Acids)

  • Amino acids that consist of L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine.
  • Significantly influence muscle recovery.

Beta alanine

Edgar is not doping

Edgar has similar effects as doping but it does not contain any forbidden substances. We had Edgar thoroughly tested at the Centre for Preventive Doping Research, Institute of Biochemistry German Sport of the University Cologne, which also does testing for WADA, the international anti-doping organisation. Edgar was tested for the presence of 11 substances from the category of anabolic steroids and 15 substances from the group of stimulants. None of the tested substances was found in Edgar.

Dosage and use

Normal exertion

Extreme exertion

You can increase the dose of edgar during extreme exertion.

We recommend adding up to 2 cups for each weight category.


Mix one scoop in 50 to 100 mL of water.
Do not pack Edgar in the scoop. The scoop contains 25 g of the mixture.
Drink 60 to 90 minutes before physical activity.


Adjust the use of Edgar to your needs: the more demanding the performance, the bigger the dose.

Use enough water. When Edgar is not diluted enough, it can be a burden for your digestive system.

Do not combine Edgar with regular food, longer digestion affects performance.

Do not use Edgar at the same time as standard energy drinks with taurine or caffeine.

Edgar does not replace rich nutrition. Do not leave regular meals out, Edgar is designed to provide nutrition before a race or training.

Drink enough water during physical activity.

The effects of Edgar depend on your overall diet and you might not notice them right away. Edgar usually kicks in after a third dose.

After the first 30 minutes of physical activity, you can add other carbs in the form of gainers. Have a meal with carbs and proteins 30 minutes after physical activity.
