We have mixed Edgar for you: a sophisticated cocktail made of various types of carbohydrates and natural ingredients that influence the process of splitting and releasing into the blood stream, and also processing the released energy in the muscles. This is a brief, transparent and clear description of what Edgar contains. No unnecessary chemicals. Sucrose, isomaltulose, maltodextrin, dextrose, MCT, whey or rice protein, glutamine, L-leucine, beta-alanine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, citrulline malate, natural aroma, natural colouring. It does not contain any preservatives, stimulants such as taurine, or banned anabolic substances.
Edgar has similar effects as doping but it does not contain any forbidden substances. We had Edgar thoroughly tested at the Centre for Preventive Doping Research, Institute of Biochemistry German Sport of the University Cologne, which also does testing for WADA, the international anti-doping organisation. Edgar was tested for the presence of 11 substances from the category of anabolic steroids and 15 substances from the group of stimulants. None of the tested substances was found in Edgar.

You can increase the dose of edgar during extreme exertion.
We recommend adding up to 2 cups for each weight category.
Mix one scoop in 50 to 100 mL of water.
Do not pack Edgar in the scoop. The scoop contains 25 g of the mixture.
Drink 60 to 90 minutes before physical activity.
Adjust the use of Edgar to your needs: the more demanding the performance, the bigger the dose.
Use enough water. When Edgar is not diluted enough, it can be a burden for your digestive system.
Do not combine Edgar with regular food, longer digestion affects performance.
Do not use Edgar at the same time as standard energy drinks with taurine or caffeine.
Edgar does not replace rich nutrition. Do not leave regular meals out, Edgar is designed to provide nutrition before a race or training.
Drink enough water during physical activity.
The effects of Edgar depend on your overall diet and you might not notice them right away. Edgar usually kicks in after a third dose.
After the first 30 minutes of physical activity, you can add other carbs in the form of gainers. Have a meal with carbs and proteins 30 minutes after physical activity.
